We were founded in 2011 as a collective of like‑minded entrepreneurs dedicated to alternative fuels and energy conservation. We began by launching a factory to produce eco‑fuel wood pellets and, drawing on our experience, soon expanded our activity into manufacturing industrial equipment for pellet production. Since 2015, we have been supplying equipment to and supporting over 200 active clients, and we have installed at least four new pellet‑production facilities each year.
Recognizing the growing demand for reliable heating solutions, we established a division specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of heat‑generating equipment and engineering systems. Our portfolio includes successful contracts with prominent international organizations such as UNDP, IOM, and USAID.
In 2019, this division entered the ESCO market and was subsequently spun off into its own company — PTECko — which now sits on the board of the Ukrainian Association of Energy Service Companies alongside more than 40 member firms.

Our company has signed three ESCO contracts with the community of Zlatopil as part of the UNDP and GEF initiative to support energy efficiency in public buildings. The agreements cover three local preschools and include the installation of automated heating systems, thermal pipeline insulation, and professional maintenance services. This partnership marks a significant step toward sustainable energy use and long-term cost reduction for the community.

Another long-term contract has been successfully completed. All installed equipment has been transferred to the Kharkiv community. From now on, 100% of the energy savings belong fully to the client.
This is a systematic examination of all energy-consuming systems and processes within a building or facility aimed at identifying energy losses and potential savings. The audit involves data collection on consumption, analysis of technological schemes, thermal and electrical calculations, and concludes with concrete recommendations for energy-efficiency measures.
This is an official document that records a building’s energy-efficiency rating based on the results of its energy audit or calculation. The certificate indicates the specific energy consumption index, assigns a rating from “A” (lowest) to “G” (highest), and serves as the basis for planning further energy-saving actions.
This is encompasses the end-to-end process of evaluating, designing, and implementing tailored efficiency measures that decrease overall energy use and operating costs. It includes initial energy audits, project engineering, procurement of high-performance equipment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure sustained savings.
are performance- based agreements in which the ESCO implements energy-efficiency improvements and guarantees a specified level of energy savings. The project’s costs are repaid over time through the realized savings, aligning the provider’s incentives with the client’s goals and minimizing upfront capital requirements.
